  • QHow do I square / set up my front end?
    A2003 up to TD3 -To locate left to right, measure between left side frame rail and shock axle bracket set to 1”. (We recommend using a block)

    TD4 - To locate left to right, measure between left side frame rail (at the Shock Tower) and shock axle bracket set to 1-1/2”. (We recommend using a block)

    2003 up to and including TD4 - To locate the axle front to rear measure 1 1/2” from the back of the right front shock tower and 1 3/8” to the front of the axle. (We recommend using a 1 1/2” block)

  • QHow do I square / set up my rear end?
    A-Center the rear between 2x4 frame rails (11 7/16” from outside of torque arm to outside of 2X4 frame rails)

    -Before checking rear front to back, the car must be blocked at ride height or sitting on the ground at the exact same angle front to back.

    -To square the Rear End on a 2010 up to and including the TD4 Chassis measure 7” from the front of the axle tube to the locating tab, while holding the tape measure parallel to ground

    -The measurement for the 2003 – 2009 chassis is 9”

  • QHow do I locate my radiator in my "Small Block" car?
    AUsing the Troyer Radiator Tray, locate the radiator in the center of the tray. Using an angle finder, locate the radiator to the same angle as the motor plate.
  • QHow do I properly locate my door mounts?
    AThe door mounts should be located at 19.25” from the outside of the 2X4 to the outside of the mount.

    Vertical position will be located from the bottom of the 2X4 to the top of the dzus plate.
    5.75” LF - 6.875” RF - 4.5”LR - 6.125”RR
  • QHow do I locate my birdcages?
    AZero Degree Torque Arms – Bottom of the shock mount set 88 degrees to the Rear Cover (bottom of cage back)


    Negative Degree Torque Arms – Bottom of the shock mount set 90 degrees to the Rear Cover

    *with rear cover at 90 Deg
